You will combine structured documentation and planning with real hands-on technical work - troubleshooting equipment, maintaining tools, improving lab processes, and supporting the production floor when issues arise. In this role, success will be measured by your ability to:Provide reliable, daily production support and prevent avoidable blockers. Ensure laboratory and cleanroom equipment are consistently operational, calibrated, and compliant. Respond effectively to urgent issues and restore functionality quickly. Contribute to improved production speed and quality through proactive maintenance and process improvements. Maintain a safe, well-organized, and 6S-compliant working environment. Support the setup and improvement of laboratory and production facilities. You will work closely with production teams and become a trusted go-to person for first-level technical support. Your day-to-day responsibilities Your responsibilities will include:Provide daily laboratory and production support to ensure the continuity and smooth operation of activities. Support equipment start-up and shutdown procedures in accordance with established protocols. Perform preventive maintenance and monitor calibration schedules for laboratory and production equipment. Conduct first-level troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues. Perform root cause analysis in collaboration with relevant internal teams and third-party suppliers. Ensure all laboratory equipment is properly maintained, fully operational, and adequately documented. Support the monitoring of cleanroom environmental controls, including temperature and humidity. Maintain and manage inventory levels of consumables and technical supplies. Order equipment and materials as required to support ongoing operations. Read, interpret, and comply with technical documentation and procedures. Develop and maintain technical reports and related documentation. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within laboratory management. Uphold 6S standards and ensure overall workplace organization is maintained. Support the setup of new facilities and improvements to laboratory infrastructure as required.
