Liid is a Finnish software company providing the solution Salestrail, which helps companies automatically track and understand sales calls made from mobile phones. Salestrail connects mobile calling with CRM systems and sales analytics, giving companies visibility into an area of sales activity that has traditionally been difficult to measure. We are based in Finland but operate globally, with customers across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, the Americas and beyond. We're now looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our team and help us build the next generation of Salestrail. About the role This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership of features from idea to production. You should be able to understand a problem, design a solution, implement it across the stack when necessary, and improve existing architecture along the way. Mobile development is an important part of Salestrail, but we're looking for someone who is comfortable working across the entire stack – from our mobile applications to backend services and APIs. We are a relatively small team, which means you will have real ownership and influence over what we build and how we build it. You won't simply receive tickets to implement – we want you to participate in technical and product decisions. We also believe AI is changing how great software gets built. If you already use tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT or other AI-assisted development tools to prototype, debug, refactor, test or ship faster, that's a big plus. We're interested in developers who actively explore how AI can make them more productive while still maintaining high standards for architecture, security and code quality. What you'll work on You could be working on things such as: Developing and improving our Android and iOS applications Building features related to mobile call tracking and call recording Working with native Android/iOS functionality and device-level APIs Developing React / React Native functionality Building and improving backend services and APIs Improving the reliability and scalability of our platform Refactoring and modernising existing parts of the codebase Using AI-assisted development to prototype, test and ship features faster Contributing to technical architecture and product decisions What we're looking for You should have several years of professional software development experience and be comfortable working independently. We especially value: Strong experience with Java / Kotlin and Spring Boot Experience with React and/or React Native Experience with mobile development and native Android and/or iOS code Experience building and consuming APIs Experience with relational databases such as MySQL Understanding of backend development and modern web architectures Ability to take ownership of features from design to production A pragmatic approach to software development – you care about good architecture, but you also know how to ship Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn Good working proficiency in English Most importantly, we're looking for someone who enjoys solving difficult technical problems and wants to have a meaningful impact on the product they are building. Big pluses Experience with any of the following is useful, but we don't expect you to know everything: Azure Microservices Kubernetes AI-assisted software development and coding agents GitHub projects or other examples of things you've built Why Liid / Salestrail? We move quickly, experiment often and prefer building and testing over lengthy processes. Location We're looking for someone based in Finland.
