Programme Manager - Development Transformation Are you a structured and execution-focused Programme Manager with a passion for driving complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy to measurable results? As a Programme Manager within Development Transformation at atNorth, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that business-critical initiatives are delivered efficiently across the full development lifecycle, from site selection through to Ready for Service (RFS). Working closely with Functional Leads, subject matter experts, and senior leadership, you will help ensure that transformation initiatives deliver sustainable business value, operational readiness, and measurable outcomes. As a trusted delivery partner, you will facilitate collaboration across Development, Sales, Operations, Finance, Procurement, People & Culture, and external partners, ensuring dependencies are managed, risks are addressed, and decisions are made at the right time. Key Responsibilities Programme Delivery & Execution Lead assigned transformation initiatives from approved priority through implementation and measurable business outcomes. Develop and maintain programme plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and decision points to ensure successful delivery. Drive cross-functional execution across Development, Sales, Operations, Finance, Procurement, P&C, and external partners. Monitor programme progress, KPIs, benefits realization, implementation readiness, and key delivery risks. Governance & Continuous Improvement Facilitate programme reviews, working sessions, and governance forums with Functional Leads and SMEs. Prepare recommendations, status updates, and escalation material for senior leadership and portfolio reviews. Support implementation, adoption, benefits realization, and successful handover into the line organization. Capture lessons learned and contribute to the continuous improvement of transformation, governance, and delivery practices. Your Profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or a related discipline. 8+ years of experience in programme management, transformation, capital projects, or complex project delivery environments. Strong expertise in planning, milestone management, dependency tracking, risk management, governance, and escalation management. Experience tracking KPIs, benefit realization, capacity planning, and implementation readiness. Ability to work effectively across internal teams and external delivery partners, including EPCM contractors, General Contractors, consultants, and specialist suppliers. Experience within data centers, hyperscaler environments, infrastructure, engineering, construction, real estate development, or other capital-intensive industries is highly desirable. Pragmatic experience using Microsoft 365, programme management tools, Kanban methodologies, project controls, and agile ways of working. Professional programme or project management certifications such as MSP, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are considered an advantage. Fluency in English is required.
